Custom Design:

We believe in providing unlimited design changes to ensure customer satisfaction. After thorough discussions on the client’s branding goals, we created a basic wireframe that outlined the website’s structure and the placement of various elements.

Our expert graphic designers then designed multiple initial samples, offering innovative choices to the client. We paid careful attention to essential elements such as call-to-action texts, promotional banners, featured categories, quick contact forms, and product display boxes, all aimed at converting visitors into customers. Through iterative revisions, we finalized five unique page templates that met the client’s requirements.

AWS Server Setup:

To ensure a reliable hosting solution, we recommended hosting the website on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS offers great features for growing e-commerce stores and charges based on website usage, rather than a fixed price. Additionally, the client could benefit from a free hosting instance for the first year with minimal to no downtime.

Bulk Product Uploading:

Uploading products manually, especially for an e-commerce website with variations such as color and size, can be time-consuming. To address this, we implemented a solution that imported products from the client’s eBay and Amazon accounts into an Excel file. This data was then used to create a CSV file for bulk importing into Magento.

We ensured that all essential information, including product title, multiple images, variation attributes, size information, product description, and Amazon featured bullets, was imported into the product detail pages.

Magento to eBay & Amazon Integration through M2E PRO:

We integrated the client’s eBay and Amazon accounts with Magento using the M2E PRO extension. This integration allowed for seamless product listing and order processing directly from the website dashboard. Inventory synchronization and order importation from both accounts were automated, providing the client with complete control over existing and new listings. The M2E PRO extension offered a single sign-in multi-channel solution, enabling the client to manage all selling channels from one centralized location.

Connecting Amazon FBA Account:

Efficient order processing and fast delivery are crucial for customer satisfaction. To expedite order processing, we connected the client’s Amazon FBA account with Magento. This integration automated the printing of customer labels, uploading of tracking numbers, and shipping of orders. With Amazon FBA’s warehouse management capabilities, the client could send inventory files and products to Amazon’s storage facilities, allowing for faster and more efficient order fulfillment. All orders generated from Magento, eBay, and other marketplaces were seamlessly sent to the Amazon FBA account for processing and shipping.

Understanding that clients may not be familiar with website backend operations, we provided comprehensive training and consultation. We offered one-on-one training sessions via Skype screen sharing or TeamViewer, ensuring that the client was well-versed in managing the website’s backend and day-to-day operations. Our support extended beyond the project completion, as the client could reach out to us for assistance with specific tasks, whether it involved adding a product or listing it on Amazon or eBay.
