About LaView
At eStore Ninja, we had the pleasure of working with LaViewUSA, a US-based security firm specializing in security cameras and equipment. They approached us with the goal of redesigning their eBay shop and listing template to enhance their branding and improve their presence on the platform. They wanted a redesign process that would not disrupt their current live listings or store performance, as they had already established a solid presence on eBay over the past five years.
In addition, LaViewUSA wanted to maintain two separate brands for their eBay customers and website customers, while still operating in a similar manner. They also wanted the design to be unique from their current e-commerce website and catered to the specific product categories that were performing well on eBay.
Our Approach
To meet these objectives, our team thoroughly reviewed their current e-commerce website and developed a custom eBay store and product template design. The design was tailored to highlight the top-performing product categories, ensuring that their best-selling products were prominently featured.
The design we delivered incorporated various elements to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance. These elements included sections for promotional banners, compelling call-to-action buttons/graphics, featured products, ending soon products, and social media icons. These features allowed LaViewUSA to effectively manage their promotions and product listings, boosting customer engagement and sales.
Given the nature of their products, which involved technical specifications and installation processes, special care was taken in designing the listing template. The objective was to create a design that presented the information in a clear and organized manner, making it easier for customers to read and understand the product details. We created a customized listing template that met the client’s expectations and prioritized different layers of information based on their importance.
The current listing template includes a highlighted title and sub-title, a price section that highlights discounts, eBay “Add to Cart” and “Buy It Now” buttons, tabs for technical specifications, shipping, payment, and return information, and a section displaying similar products based on the best match criteria.
To ensure that LaViewUSA could easily update existing products or add new ones using the designed listing template, we provided training through Skype screen sharing. This allowed us to guide them through the process and address any questions or concerns they had.
Overall, our efforts resulted in a successful eBay shop and listing template redesign for LaViewUSA, allowing them to enhance their branding, improve their presence on eBay, and effectively showcase their security camera products. We received positive feedback from the client and helped them achieve their goals.
