At eBay Ninja, we had the opportunity to work with CoolWatch31, a premium watch seller based in Japan, who wanted to expand their business by selling on multiple eBay accounts.

Their key objectives were to create custom eBay shop and listing templates, set up M2E PRO for advanced inventory synchronization, and manage different aspects of each eBay account separately without disrupting their current operations.

Our Approach

Custom Shop and Listing Templates: Our creative graphic designers created custom shop and listing templates that reflected the design of the client’s original website. The templates were designed to showcase their authentic branded watches, impress buyers, and enhance overall sales with features like dynamic image media galleries, call-to-action functions, and related product sections.

M2E PRO Integration: We set up M2E PRO, a powerful Magento extension, and connected it to CoolWatch31’s four eBay accounts (eBay.com, eBay.ca, eBay.co.uk, and eBay.com.au). M2E PRO allowed for seamless inventory synchronization across all accounts and provided a single dashboard for managing eBay-specific operations.

Advanced Inventory Synchronization: With M2E PRO, we implemented advanced inventory synchronization features that automatically revised product inventory for each individual eBay account. This ensured that the inventory remained up to date and accurate across all platforms.

Custom Product Attributes: We created custom product attributes within Magento to fulfill the client’s marketing needs. These attributes allowed for different listing titles, prices, and other factors specific to each country and eBay account. Common product attributes were implemented at a global level to streamline the listing process.

Importing Live eBay Listings: To maintain the history and status of live eBay listings, we utilized M2E PRO’s third-party import feature. We imported the live eBay listings from the previous third-party tool and mapped them to the corresponding products in Magento, seamlessly transitioning the control to M2E PRO.

Throughout the implementation process, we ensured that CoolWatch31’s current operations on eBay were not disrupted. The solution was designed to integrate smoothly and provide a centralized system for managing inventory and eBay-specific tasks.
