Despite having a strong eBay presence for over 13 years with a solid sales history, Red Label Abrasives was struggling to enhance listing exposure, manage listings efficiently, and grow their sales. eStore Ninja was brought on board to address these challenges, and through strategic guidance and a comprehensive revamp, the eBay sales for Red Label Abrasives increased by 200%.

Our Approach

Analyzing and Revamping Listings:

Their existing eBay store structure fragmented their product offerings, with each size and dimension listed as a separate entry. This made it difficult for buyers to browse and make multi-size purchases, resulting in lost opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Additionally, the lack of a cohesive brand presence hindered buyer trust and recognition. To address these issues, Red Label Abrasives partnered with eStore Ninja to completely revamp their eBay sales strategy and processes.

One of the first steps in the project was to analyze the existing listings. The fragmented structure, where every product size was a standalone listing, was overhauled by creating consolidated variation listings. This allowed customers to view all available sizes, colors, and dimensions under a single listing, eliminating the need to search for multiple sizes manually. This restructuring not only simplified the buyer journey but also increased average order values as customers could easily add multiple sizes to their cart in one seamless process. Additionally, this shift enabled Red Label Abrasives to consolidate advertising spend on fewer, more impactful listings, maximizing the return on investment.

Bulk Listing Creation Through Shopify to eBay Integration:

To further streamline the process and enable efficient management of listings, eStore Ninja integrated Red Label Abrasives’ Shopify website with their eBay account using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app. This integration allowed for the bulk creation of eBay listings directly from the Shopify catalog.
